Rocky Mountain Grow take ours customers privacy seriously. We will not give out or sell any of our customers
information.
All orders placed on Rocky Mountain Grow are safe and secure. All orders are
confidential and discreet. Our customers are very important to us and so is their information.  All payments that go
thru PayPal are safe and secure. All orders are subject to a final approval before being sent out. Orders can take up
to 5 days to process but most orders will be processed in 24-72 hours after the order is received.
If you have a problem with your order or have a billing question please contact us at

com  No Returns after 15 days upon receipt of order. No Returns on electrical items,
trays, or special order items. No returns without original receipt. Returns are only accepted if returned  with a
Return Authorization number. You must contact us first at orders@rockymountaingrow.com to get a RA number
if you would like to make a return. Please give us a detailed reason about your problem or why you want to return
your product or products.  For faster service we will need your name, phone number, address and order number.
We will not accept any returned shipments without an RA number!
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all
returned merchandise.
No refunds or cancellations on orders after shipping. All Advanced Nutrients products
that have been opened or used cannot be returned and no returns on any other products products that have been
used or altered in any way! Refunds will only be given if we feel the products returned have not been opened, used
or altered in any way. Rocky Mountain Grow does not give refunds on shipping charges!
Return shipping and
insurance charges are the customers responsibility
. Rocky Mountain Grow does not condone the use of items in our
site for illegal use therefore Rocky Mountain Grow will not give any advise for items in this site if it is used for illegal
activities.

All items shipped by Rocky Mountain Grow are packaged discreetly, shipped by ground and are insured. A $5.00 U.S.
Insurance, Packaging, and Handling Fee is added to all orders.  
Sorry we can not ship to a P.O. BOX. Some
items that are shipped from our suppliers directly to our customers might not be packaged discreetly. Rocky
Mountain Grow does ask our suppliers to package orders discreetly if they are shipped to our customers but that is
all we can do. If the supplier ships orders to our customers non discreet we are sorry but there is nothing we can do
about it since the item is shipped from a 3rd party. As of right now we only accept PayPal for payment option on this
